Barcelona's Gerard Pique has shut down rumours linking Neymar to Real Madrid, claiming he'd "bet an arm" his team-mate won't ever join Los Blancos.
According to Sport, the Spaniard took questions from fans through video app Periscope following Barca's 2-1 win over Sevilla on Sunday. On Neymar, he said: "I would bet an arm or a hand that he will never go to Madrid. He likes Barcelona, is in love with the club and the city and I think he will stay here for many years."
The Brazilian has repeatedly been linked with a move to Real in recent months, with Lluis Mascaro of Sport reporting in January Los Blancos president Florentino Perez is targeting the forward as a replacement for Cristiano Ronaldo.
Few players could fill the Portuguese's considerable boots, but Neymar would be an outstanding candidate to do so.
