David Zulu says he is not worried about whether Kaizer Chiefs are monitoring his progress with Chippa United.
However, the 29-year-old barely featured for the league champions as a lengthy injury derailed his progress.
Zulu later rejoined the Chilli Boys on loan in January this year. And while the striker has only netted once in seven league starts this season, he is satisfied with his contribution.
"So far I'm happy with my performance, so far so good. What's important to me is the performance of the team than individual glory. As long as I'm helping other players to score," says Zulu.
Zulu adds: "I'm not concerned with how Chiefs are monitoring my progress because that might disturb me in my game. My focus is only on helping Chippa United to finish the season in the top three.
"As for my coach at Chippa (Dan Malesela) I can't say if he is happy or not with my contribution so far. He's the only one who can tell, but I hope so."
