Barça's comfortable win sees another goal for Munir and a league debut for Sergi Samper
FC Barcelona put in a stellar display at the Camp Nou on Saturday, defeating Getafe 6-0 to continue their winning run.
As ever, the match threw up a number of interesting stats and facts from across the field, so here are the best of the bunch.
Munir scored his second in as many games after being picked in the starting eleven once again, his eighth of the campaign.With his two goals in the 6-0 rout, Neymar Jr reached 51 goals in La Liga on his 84th appearance.Leo Messi’s superb strike from outside the area leaves him within just two goals of 450 for the club. The Argentine also assisted three of the team’s goals.
Sergi Roberto again showed his versatility by filling in for Sergio Busquets in the defensive midfield role, his seventh different position he has played this season. The 24-year-old made 55 successful passes and failed with just two.
Flying down the left touchline throughout the game was Jordi Alba, who assisted the opening goal and completed 85 passes.
The backline managed to keep another clean sheet. In 2016, Barça have let in just five goals at Camp Nou.
Sergi Samper made his Liga debut, coming on for Andres Iniesta for the last 30 minutes. The youngster had previously featured in ten matches – six in the Copa del Rey, three in the Champions League and once in the Club World Cup.
