RUMOURS: Guardiola wants Bayern transfer chief at Man City


Michael Reschke only moved to the German giants in 2014, with the role of technical director created for him but has built a strong relationship with the outgoing manager

Pep Guardiola hopes to bring Bayern Munich technical director Michael Reschke with him to Manchester City, according to Bild. The 58-year-old is tasked with identifying new signings for the German giants and has built a strong relationship with the outgoing manager after helping recruit the likes of Arturo Vidal and Douglas Costa. Reschke was only appointed at Bayern in 2014, ending a 35-year relationship with Bayer Leverkusen which saw him occupy a variety of roles ranging from youth coaching to general manager.
